Drop Off

- Have a clear understanding where the accident damage is on your vehicle
- Arrive as close to your booking time as possible for your convenience
- Have available your insurance claim number
- Where relevant ensure your excess is paid to the Insurer
- Be prepared to leave your vehicle for repair for up to three business days
- Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle
- We will provide you with a complimentary Taxi to your next local destination (*availability dependent on your insurance provider)
Pick Up

- You can pick-up your vehicle any business day between 7:30am and 5:00pm
- All our repair centres are closed for weekends and public holidays
- Our Customer Care Advisor will call you when your vehicle is ready for collection
- Should you need a complimentary taxi please inform our Customer Care Advisor (*availability dependent on your insurance provider)
- Photo ID will be requested for collection of the vehicle
